Refund policy

At coou: studio, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. To ensure fairness and clarity, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • All returns must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • All refunds will be issued as store credit only. No cash or original payment refunds will be provided.

  • The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and, once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

  • A return can only be made once per order number.

  • Shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Store credit will be issued only for the product price (excluding shipping).

Defective or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at shopcooustudio@gmail.com with photos of the item.

  • We will review the case and arrange for an exchange or store credit if eligible.

  • Slight colour variations and minor imperfections (such as loose threads, crease marks, or other minor irregularities) are not considered defects.

Return Process

  1. Email shopcooustudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Form.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the Return Form attached. All returns must be shipped back within 5 working days after the confirmation email. Returns thereafter will not be accepted.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in appropriate packaging to prevent damage, dirt, or stains during transit.

  4. Ship the parcel on your own using a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide a consignment note and are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. You may use your nearest local post office or courier for assistance.

  5. Email us at shopcooustudio@gmail.com with your order number, the completed Return Form, and the tracking number of your return parcel.

  6. Please allow 3–5 working days after we receive your parcel for inspection and processing. You will be notified once your store credit has been issued.

Terms & Conditions

  • Returns/exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, please pack it securely in a proper courier bag or protective packaging to prevent damage.

  • Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.

  • coou: studio reserves the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with this policy.
